Off-road racing is better in person – the noise, the dirt, the smell of hot brakes and victory. At Dirt Nationals, we want you right there in the thick of it… just not too close.
The basics:
It’s free to watch – no tickets, no fuss.
Spectating is open Saturdays and Sundays only on race weekends. You may camp if you like.
Stay in the safe zones at all times – they’re marked for a reason.
Listen to the marshals – they’re there to keep you safe when things get wild.
- No drones – our media and safety teams fly drones and need to know the airspace is safe.
Around the pits:
You’re welcome to walk the pit lanes, but don’t enter a team’s pit space unless invited.
The good news? Most teams love a chat and will probably wave you in anyway – off-roaders are like that.
Please respect their workspace, especially if they’re mid-repair or getting ready to race.
Come prepared:
This is an outdoor, all-weather sport – bring whatever you need to stay comfortable (suncream, waterproofs, decent footwear).
Food is always available on site – grab something from the burger van or café to keep you fuelled.
Merch alert: we sell Dirt Nationals gear at every round, and it’s often limited edition – so if you see it and want it, grab it before it’s gone.
Come for the racing, stay for the atmosphere – and remember, the best view is the one where you can see the finish line and get back for another coffee before the next lap.
Inspired? Ask a team how you can join in.
Media access is restricted, we carefully choose our media crews throughout the year.
Drone flying is strictly controlled on site. If you do not have a media pass with drone permission, do not fly your drone.
